Strength Saturdays is starting back up in the Village Pointe Amphitheater, sponsored by Children’s Nebraska from 10-11 am! Enjoy FREE outdoor fitness classes, giveaways, and more! Participants will need to sign a hold harmless agreement before the class.

What to bring:
Please bring a mat and water.

Class Description:
BLUSH Boot Camp offers high-energy, full-body workouts designed for women of all fitness levels. Each session combines strength training, cardio, and functional movement to help you build muscle, burn fat, and boost confidence. With a supportive community and motivating coaches, you’ll feel challenged, empowered, and never bored.
